- d***a (347)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSlow to despatch, and when I queried an expected despatch date because it hadn't moved the seller said they would despatch it that day, but I note it didn't get picked up until two days later. Why not just be straight with your buyers? Machine itself was in a state (as described) but I do think you could have stated that the carriage handle was broken. Anyway, this has now been repaired and the machine stripped down, cleaned and a new sponge bar installed, and it does work.

Distillers with adjustable temp are used by many for wines, spirits, etc. That is the reason for the temp. The item you purchased is a water distiller, it was advertised as such, the manual states as such and you have used it for something it was not designed for. I have accepted the return, provided you with a return postage label. Furthermore, the warranty listed was the original warranty with the item. You cannot claim on a manufacturers warranty when you have purchased an item secondhand, it doesn't work like that. Also, it wasn't used for what it was made for
