I am returning it, the seller is accepting the return, but was not interested in what was wrong with the part. it might work if you epoxied the fitting on, or trimmed a bit off a long NPT fitting to get the smaller diameter section to engage first. The male nipple on the fitting is so short and prevents a tight fit.
