        Buyers like this ruin eBay. There was no message that they had received the wrong GTA game (I would have happly sent the correct game as will as keeping the other game). Just went and left a neutral so it's very unjustified and sent me a rude message afterwards saying he refuses to change his feedback so avoid people like them!

        To have of EXPECTED a buyer to run around after you make a mistake is inexcusable as a seller on eBay. My experience from the service you provided was a poor one. 1 game even had water damage to the case which was not highlighted in pics or description, but whatever. So as my experience wasn't great, hence the neutral feedback NOT NEGATIVE so learn from this!
