Upon a thorough inspection he stated "It's in bad shape, it will need a complete rebuild from the ground up." While it did run as was described, it barely ran, ran rough and quite loud. My dad was amazed it ran at all. I ask my dad if he was satisfied with the purchase and he said he was because and I quote " these are really hard to find". Therefore I am leaving positive feedback, but just barely positive.
