The bag that contained all of the bits and pieces had a tear in it, and a most crucial part for installation was missing. The clamp that holds the plastic tubing to the spout that enters the back of the freezer was missing. I had to run up to a local appliance store only to find that they did not have an extra clamp in stock and recommended I go to Ace Hardware and get a pipe clamp to improvise. It added an hour and a half to my installation. Frustrating!
