    I purchased based on seller's photos. They misrepresented their item by cropping the photos down to the item which hid the influence of the background that made it reflect shades of blue/green/purple which I thought was the opalescence. I reached out to the seller on it, they insisted there was nothing wrong with their listing and told me to check others. I checked and you can see for yourself how this seller vs other sellers sold the same item. Buyer beware edited pics, no customer service

    “Item was accurately listed as White Opalescent and the buyer confirmed in messages that it matched the listing title. The color shift seen in my photos is normal for Fostoria Heirloom opalescent glass under bright light or flash — many examples from other sellers show the same effect. My photos were not edited or altered. This appears to be a misunderstanding of how opalescent glass reacts to lighting, not an issue with the item itself.”
