They did not deliver at all and handled the task in an unacceptable way. I had to go after the package myself to their center, spending half a day and driving more than 300 km. Then, regarding the compensation claim, UPS said the package was not lost and that it was delivered. From now on, I will only order from abroad if I ask first whether UPS is involved.
