    Der Käufer wurde umgehend informiert, dass der Artikel nach einem Umzug leider nicht mehr auffindbar war. Der Kauf wurde in beiderseitigem Einverständnis storniert und der volle Betrag sofort erstattet. Es wurde auch mitgeteilt, dass der Käufer benachrichtigt wird, falls der Artikel wieder auftaucht – eine Wiedereinstellung ist nicht erfolgt. Schade, dass trotz transparenter Kommunikation und vollständiger Rückzahlung eine negative Bewertung abgegeben wurde.
