Seller notes: “Top has some overall rubbing, scuffing, chipping of the paint/ coloring, scratches, light rusting, ... “Top has some overall rubbing, scuffing, chipping of the paint/ coloring, scratches, light rusting, etc.. Instructions are folded and have some markings and overall discoloration/ aging of the paper stock. Box has some edge rubbing, scuffing, billowing, rips, discoloration, rusting around the staples, and some fading of the graphic on the lid. Very light and hard to make out but it looks like there is printing "Made in Japan" underneath the yellow circle on the lid (photo #7 for up-close detail -- you can make out the "J" and the back of the "N" on the right-hand side). Metal rim (currently tied together with the cord) also has some scuffing, scratches, and light rusting. Untested but the rotor at the base spins when manually manipulated and when the jockey is upright the wheel perpendicular to the wheel also moves when the rotor is spinning.
