I managed to salvage a piece of the broken item and have asked for a refund of at least half, I don't receive positive response. On 10/28/24, the Buyer reported that the item had problems and wanted a 50% refund. Minutes later, I replied with a counter, even though the Buyer offered no proof of the damage. On 10/29/24, he said he did not receive a positive response, meaning I offered a different amount, so he did not continue the communication, and submitted this negative Feedback.
