This atomic accuracy is courtesy of a radio signal that pings between your Sky watch and the most precise clock in the world.The PMV65-2271 Citizen Promaster has a titanium case with all of the critical model information etched into the rear surface. With a case diameter that's almost 2 inches wide, this U680 caliber watch shines on display as you wear it to the office or out to dinner. The case thickness alone is about one-half inch, so these Citizen watches are functional for almost any activities during the day or night. In fact, Citizen added their Duratect Hard Coat MRK feature to this Promaster watch in order to make it even stronger.Turn the Citizen PMV65-2271 Promaster over, and you'll see a fold-over, push-button clasp. With a 4-ounce weight, this Eco-Drive watch has a considerable structure that is supported by a strong connection along the titanium band. This type of Eco watch has some flexibility for adjustment because of the in-clasp band length adjuster. Change the band length within a third of an inch in order to achieve a good fit. The dial itself has a sapphire crystal construction with an embedded anti-reflective coating. Dropping or damaging the dial glass is not a problem because the design is inherently scratch-resistant. Because of the strong case and dial cover, these Promaster Sky watches are water-resistant down to 650 feet, so they'll hold up to both swimming and showering.If you aren't within Japan or other regions where atomic synchronization is possible, this PMV65-2271 Citizen watch will still have an accurate time down to +/-15 seconds. It boasts a solar-powered quartz movement that continues to be accurate without constant checks with the atomic clock. Use the other features on the Promaster Sky design, such as the 1/100 second dial or 24-hour choices through the chronograph too.The Citizen PMV65-2271 Eco-Drive design is full of other features that make it a standout among fans, such as the LED light. Illuminate the dial at night so that you can see the UTC display or activate the timer. For those travel enthusiasts, use the world calendar or world time alarm so that you're always on schedule in foreign lands.This Eco-Drive timepiece for men also has a battery with several features, including low-charge warnings and overcharge protection. In fact, these watches have a battery power life that can extend to more than 3 years. This specification is the result of the power-save mode that allows you to extend the lifetime of the battery when you need it. The hour markers, minute hands, and hour hands are all pleasingly illuminated with the glow from the LED technology. See the time in low lighting because the rectangular hour markers will be clearly visible.

    Not as described, definitely not new ,deceptive marketing, scratches dings & broken parts, didn't use shipping box at all just used paper and bubble wrap, absolutely careless ,all corners were smashed on the original box. 0 communication, no wonder his score is low, to bad I didn't check before I bought it.
