    The seller bought the item as part of an Amazon Wholesale Pallet. He did not check the item and the desk insert was missing from the box. This was the main reason I bought a PSA1+ rather than a PSA1. I made a generous offer of £20 compensation for a 5 star review, but the seller refused saying that he barely made any money on the sale. The seller was not intending to deceive me, but the refusal to make it right was disappointing. No need to avoid this seller, but be 100% sure of what you buy.

    Nothing was missing. The box says "Clamp OR Desk Insert" not both. The buyer didn’t read this and wrongly claimed a missing part. This was a brand new, sealed item sold exactly as described. What’s truly disappointing is the buyer trying to demand £20 in exchange for a 5-star review. That’s not how we operate. We don’t reward threats or compromise our standards. If you value honesty, you're in the right place.
