    Buyers should be aware this seller insists on returns at buyers cost and has it in T's and C's that any return label is deducted from refund, I don't mind that on changed mind but not where item is defective Disk arrived, poorly packed and looked like it had been sanded, wouldn't work in 3 devices. I asked for a return/ refund, seller then sent me address not a label. Seller unresponsive to requests for a label, had to contact customer services, who sorted a refund.

    This is a total fabrication from someone without the basic ability to open files on a computer of Kindle. eBay messaged us to say we were in "no way found at fault". That message may be inspected at our office. This was an 'entitled woke' buyer. he item was not defective and was tested before sending. he buyer would not return it because he/she knew it was in working order.
