      The sweatshirt arrived with multiple damages, is visibly shrunken, and covered in pet hair. This condition is unacceptable for a sold item. I am requesting either a full return with refund or a 50% partial refund to resolve this promptly.

      Buyer left feedback before even contacting me. He clearly was just looking for a better deal. It was not “covered in fur”. I will try and do a better job of describing clothing in the future. He was immediately offered to return this, but he never did.
