    Everything was excellent, including shipping and packaging… Except that the item stopped working after one hour of use… I did contact the shipper in which the problem could not be diagnosed as he claims it was working when it was in his possession… He apologized for the item, not working… Unfortunately There are no returns for this item… To his credit, he did offer to cover repair costs (depending) . AllState protection plan takes 30 days to activate. So I’m stuck with a TV that does not work.
