        I would look somewhere else for my ebay purchases. Received defective mouse out of box. Seller offered $10 refund and I keep all 3 items oredered. Tried to fix myself(Had nothing to lose) but I broke a wire resembling mouse. Seller said I broke mouse and he refused to give me $10 refund. Shady seller. Has 100% positive feedback but has at least one negative review and one neutral.

        Offered refund as a complimentary decision. Not a required one before seller reported he himself, defected the item, also stated by the customer in this very review. Offered various options to resolve the issue, even to fix and refund shipping and handling but to no resolve.
