They were each individually bubble wrapped, packing paper filling any gaps left inside a cardboard box. Shipping was very fast-3 days and at a very fair price. Box smelled wonderful when opened! Adam and Eve are a little sad that they won't be displayed as a centerpiece in the dining room, but getting used to being in the office with all their new friends.
