    400w panel not received. I contacted seller and they made excuse they changed to a diff supplier and now it's a 300w panel which is a big deal. Then on top of that. I only received a 100w size panel. I know a lot about solar and have over 14 panels and this is a cheap 100w panel. Seller offered me $20 refund or return which would cost me more. I'd like 75% back since I got 75% of what was advertised. They misadvertised and did bait switch
