Packaging was ok, but could be improved for fragile porcelain products. Some items unfortunately were damaged during shipment, seller provide refund and solved the problem professionally. Overall, the value of the transaction was extraordinary for me. If all items arrived intact, it would be perfect. In general, good seller and will buy from again.
