Stock & Availability:
Items advertised and listed are held in stock in our extensive warehouse facility.
Unlike other companies we process orders and dispatch the item same working day (subject to time constraints) to ensure that you receive the product as quickly as possible
 
UK Delivery:
We offer same day despatch Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays subject to receipt of payment before 15:00 (UK)
FedEx UK courier deliveries are between 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday and require signature on delivery (In the event of a failed delivery attempt, a card will be left, please contact FedEx UK to re-arrange delivery noting that Spares Trade Distribution cannot be held liable).
We are unable to replace damaged goods if they have been signed for “Received in Good Condition”. Damages/Shortages must be notified within 24hrs of receipt.

Warranty
All products are fully warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of invoice. Please contact us immediately if any problem occurs within the warranty period for further instruction. Warranty claims are limited to the cost of the warranted component(s) only and do not extend to consequential costs (e.g. garage labour, transport costs etc). Warranty claims will not be accepted if the failure is caused by misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, competition use or if failure has been caused by a related component. A copy of the purchase invoice is required when making an enquiry.
