I bought 2 of these batteries which are supposed to be a Festool brand equivalent BUT they do not charge up in the genuine Festool charger OR run a Festool cordless tool.
Whenever you attempt to charge either battery the charger indicates a charging fault. I tried this on two different genuine festival charges with the same result.
I have contacted the supplier and cannot reach an agreement as to how to return the items for refund the seller wishes me to pay for return post which is unaccept
