The top has been cut at the sides of the can leaving a sharp edge, but at some point in time someone crimped the edges a little bit to keep from cutting on the edges. Can originally measured 6 1/2" inches in height but with the top cut the way it is it now measures approx- 6 1/4" inches in height. One side is a bit surface rusty. Otherwise, in VERY GOOD & DISPLAYABLE CONDITION! Overall this is a clean & super shiny can. Rare can with the very first Valvoline logo created in 1866 and used until the early 1930's. I have included lots of detailed photos in this listing. Please take a careful look at all of the pictures to judge condition of can. CHECK PHOTOS UNDER ITEM DESCRIPTION! MANY MORE PROVIDED!”
