Placing An Order

The heritage wool company makes every effort to ensure that the stock levels on the website are accurate at all times. However, should an item you have ordered happen to be out of stock we will contact you to inform you of this. You will be offered a choice of how you wish to proceed. You can either cancel your order and an immediate refund will be issued. We can part ship your order with the missing item to follow at no additional cost to yourself, or if you are happy to do so we can hold your order until the missing item is available and dispatch the whole order together. You also have the option to amend your order should you wish.
 
Digital Patterns
 
Where digital patterns are made available for you to 'purchase' from the website, you must not copy, distribute, modify, adapt or use the Digital Pattern in any way other than its intended purpose. Once downloaded. you shall not be able to cancel your order or 'return' a Digital Pattern except in the case of a fault or defect. By purchasing a Digital Pattern you will have immediate access to download it and therefore agree to lose your consumer rights to cancel the order. In the case of a fault with a Digital Pattern, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase at contact@theheritagewoolcompany.co.uk. It is your responsibility to download the Digital Pattern and check for faults within this period. A refund will not be granted after this time under any circumstances.
