DELIVERY DETAILS
 
 
Items that are listed as FREE DELIVERY are for most of England, most of Wales and some parts of Scotland only. If you need delivery to the south west of England, North west Wales, Scotland or Ireland please message before purchase.
 
The vehicles used to deliver our large items are 7.5 tonne lorries, please make sure this type of vehicle will fit down your access road.
 
If requested the delivery company will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date.
Time slot and Saturday deliveries are available at extra cost (please contact us before purchase for a quote).
We MUST HAVE YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER, if you do not send it then your appliance will NOT be sent until you do.
 
When delivery takes place you must un-pack and FULLY CHECK the item and DO NOT SIGN if you are not happy with the item received. If you do sign as ok and acceptable then any damage notified afterwards cannot be claimed for.
 
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit please REFUSE delivery and the driver will bring the item back to our warehouse.
 
All deliveries are made by a single delivery driver, they may try to bring the appliance to the desired location of your choice, but they are NOT required to do so. If the driver can not safely move the appliance to the desired location then they will deliver it to the nearest point. Please have some one ready to help just in case.
 
The delivery driver will make every effort to protect your appliance and home from damage. It is your responsibility to move any ornaments etc. Also if you are concerned about any damage to your floor it is your responsibility to put down a protective layer.
 
The delivery driver will only deliver. They will not remove doors, door frames or even windows. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THERE IS A SAFE ACCESS PASSAGE FOR THE APPLIANCE TO BE DELIVERED.
