Broke during 1st use. And I know how to use them as been a PT for over 20 years and have these tornado balls from other companies. Extremely poor quality item. Also rude customer service, starting their response by saying I don't know how to use the item 🤣

This FB is NOT TRUE. The ball was badly damaged on its base, with its rope and attachment completely broken off - a part of the ball which should not have had any impact at all if used correctly. Far from being rude, we apologised if there was an issue with the ball and offered to have it returned at our expense for a refund or a replacement (whichever you preferred), which you refused to do. Instead you demanded an immediate refund, or else you would leave neg FB...and so here we are
