      We ordered this as a replacement of an existing ornament damaged when we moved house. Item arrived and was well packed to avoid damage in transit. So happy to have the 4 ornaments back in our garden. The tracking number on the shipment was not recognised and I did query this but all ended well in the end and it arrived.
