EBay Global Shipping swapped waybills with another parcel and sent this to someone an hour's drive away; she contacted me as she found my name on the original label from the shipper. We agreed to meet as this was the last unit I found and I wasn't keen on having it lost since they botched it once already.
Bulb was defective and I asked for a replacement bulb; seller claimed the whole unit would have to be returned and re-purchased - I guess so that it can be lost forever this time.
