    Hum.. seller was great,great price and prompt dispatch. Unfortunately, the delivery company is a joke. The ferrules went to the national hub, dispatched to wrong regional hub,back to national hub,5 days later sent to correct hub. Delivery driver was super,but padded envelope was split halfway along its length . Anything more fragile would have been trashed, I am actually surprised that the ferrules were still in the pack. So, great seller, rubbish delivery company.
