Painting was lost in the mail and the seller was not helpful in resolving the issue. Although the shipping was timely and I understand the post office was responsible for the package, the seller should have refunded the purchase and filed the claim for insurance. Instead, the seller was borderline rude and insisted I file the claim, when I did not have all the details on the shipment. I still haven’t been refunded via the post office insurance a month later. Buy with caution.
