Did not do any forensic work on what was replaced, all I know is that when I put the formerly dead board back in, it worked. Good turnaround time for the repair and very affordable. Just don't expect any communication, no paperwork indicating what was done and no reply to a request I made. In the end with shipping to Texas, about $120 Canadian brings life back to a great TV. Wish more techs provided services like this, it would result in less e-waste.
