Not quite the truth. Customer ordered an element for a cooker, said it does not work. We asked for the model details to check why. Customer would not give those details. Why ? The reason why it did not work was because it was ordered for the wrong cooker. We offered to re send. He did not want that. Again, because it was for the wrong cooker.

Can't fault the product, the service however is a different story. I had zero communication for the seller. I purchased on a Thursday and it wasn't even dispatched until the following Tuesday and that's only after I sent 3 messages finally received a reply after mentioning customer service. Then I had to chase up again for a tracking number.
