Plus when an item is showing "Ready to dispatch", that means the money is safe with eBay, and you do not need to wait for a PayPal email to say so, because you will be waiting a long time!! I have three shops here on eBay, and know how it works. I couldn't be bothered to argue with your counter staff. Though it would have saved me coming back a third time!!!
