Worst packing ever! Box was not fully packed! Box included pieces of a large heavy-duty cardboard roll, which made no sense what-so-ever! Lots of empty space, hence item arrived broken in 2 places. I knew it had a missing piece. Poor quality of original photos failed to show another area of missing pieces. Description said "Good Condition"!! Not in "good condition"!! I fathom 'no returns', but item arrived broken more by bad packing!! Seller did not care! Will never buy from this seller again!!!

Very sorry for the condition you received it in , it was a consignment item sold in as is condition.w/no returns, the item had damage as was disclosed in the photos that was shown very clearly..the packing was fine, but the handling by the shipper was a little rough. you were refunded in full, and thank you for sending it back to me.and the packing was perfect. sorry you felt the need to leave negative feedback, only one we have ever received ..... thank you, tammy
