      It's very unfortunate this individual chose to leave negative feedback despite having his book carefully packed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. It was delivered on time, and in one piece—and he’s still unhappy. I never once heard from him until the negative feedback. Check my reviews, everyone else (including international customers) have always been very pleased. I won’t be shipping internationally in the future.
