I made an order on March 26. Since it was not delivered, on April 22nd I contacted the seller, no response. 2 days later I msged again saying that I would contact eBay, if I don't get a refund or at least response to my msg by the following day. Again, no response but the seller changed the status of my order to 'delivered' event though it hadn't been and royal mail tracking was confirming that. On May 10 I was (partially) refunded, £65 out of £70 that I paid!
