I purchased this product on June 7, with free delivery advertised at the time of purchase between June 12-15. No issues with the product, but the shipping time was abysmal. The product arrived on June 22, over a week late. The product shipped from NB on June 10th; however, the US Postal Service apparently took their sweet time. However, the USPS is effectively NB's sub-contactor in this transaction, so NB is still responsible for their performance. NB should demand better of the USPS.
