The rating is more for my experience. Recd pkg and it was not as described. Item is supposed to contain 10 different colors per description. Some came as multiples and some packages were smaller than others. Contacted seller and they offered a 10% discount and said was out of stock so sent what they had. Since that's not how this is supposed to work, I will never order from this buyer again. An email to see if I wanted to wait for a restock would have been the right move. Disappointed!
