Hm, Neutral… guess it was bound to happen…eventually.
I offered the buyer a full refund immediately, but basically he just wanted to let me know he wasn't happy… then he left the 'Neutral' review (my first in almost 20 years on eBay…). which he didn't mention in his email to me.
I understand if someone isnt happy, but the amount of photo's I included in my ad, should have showcased the good and it's imperfections.Guess you can't please everyone… sad.
