If you are facing a problem with operating this watch then the problem is NOT with me it is your need for knowledge and ability to operate and manage the watch. You can go to Skagen.com and contact customer service. Your lack of experience shows your ignorance in shopping for watches you need to learn how to operate. As far as the packaging goes, I have always been complemented on my packaging. Now that is DOCUMENTED.
