Had you tried to contact us we would have gladly taken a return for a full refund. The DELIVERY DRIVER does not belong to us - but - Royal Mail. Your review would be better placed on their website. What a waste, just placing a review with no resolution for you at all. If only buyers on ebay were as quick to give benefit of doubt, as they are always thinking the worst of certified UK sellers, based in UK.
