Was missing 5 Wood screws for hinged lid and missing for sunken holes for the metal screws to sit in,informed the sellers who said it was unlikely that screws were missing and the holes were already there! Not happy, waited to see what the response would be ,,,, still waiting

Like i explained already, there weren't holes or screws missing you were trying to fit it together incorrectly and made an assumption that you were missing items when you weren't
