despite being received quickly, fabric was i two pieces of odd sizes. when i specifically ordered one piece. i received a message after the item was received stating it would not be what i needed, please send to even pieces of 3m each. Lengthly wait to respond, i asked for an alternative colour and specified which id like as an alternative as the pieces sent weren't suitable for the project. lengthly wait for reply, despite asking for returns information . still no response. very disappointed
