We endeavour to post all items within one to three working days of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Should you require a faster dispatch time, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
All orders are dispatched on a tracked or barcoded delivery service with our chosen couriers providing trusted delivery confirmation. If you have not received your order within 14 days of purchasing, please contact us immediately so we can look into this further for you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If an item is returned to us due to failed attempted deliveries or similar, if any charges are incurred due to this we will ask you to pay this additional fee and any additional postal charges that may be incurred to resend this item back out to you.
We sell all of our items "as described" which means that we warrant that the item looks and functions as we describe it in the listing. If you receive an item that is not "as described", arrives damaged or faulty, will be endeavour to replace this for you free of charge. Failing this, a refund will be provided. In cases where we require the original damaged/faulty/not as described item back, we will be liable for return postage costs. For all other returns, we offer a full 30 day, hassle free return period. We'll ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn't 100% delight you, so please view our Business Returns Policy if you wish to return an item to us.
