I opened a request to return the item and receive a refund.The seller offered me 30% refund and I could keep the item, but allegedllythey could not send me a refund if I did not close the return requested.They even sent me a copy of a"message from ebay". Iclosed the return but they never sent me the refund. They do not answer my messages now. Fraudulent businesss. I will be reporting this situation.Unacceptable.
