When I added three rooms to my house I used it as liquid flashing between the sheathing and slab. It works really well but is, of course, expensive. And the trouble is, now I don't need a lot all at once. (I use it as outdoor caulk in addition to liquid flashing.) It reacts to heat and moisture to dry/cure. And it dries like a rubber gasket. This is the best price I've found for a single sausage (~ $38). And, Yes, that's cheaper than Amazon.
