I ordered the two chucks with a promise DELIVERY date of end of August. You can imagine my astonishment at receiving them in 5 days from New Delhi, India to the Highlands of Scotland. The parts are excellently finished, well packed and runout on the lathe appears good. The description in the offer was very clear it came with a wooden box but the items came without a wooden box. Blue Fox Tools said they would send new complete item but I have been waiting now since 23rd Sept. Not receved any advice that it was dispatched, Chased it once but had no response. Not a brilliant customer service and I have ended up paying over the odd for an incomplete order.
