The items received were not as described (this was a repeat order but the items had been changed and were not as good quality especially for using with my iPad). These new ones are not as robust and don't fit devices well where cases are used. I did reach out to the seller who did offer me a refund but it was difficult to communicate with them further so decided to keep them and only use for my phone. The original ones were perfect.

Contacted seller to report an issue with the quality, they suggested that if I had a disability I should get someone to give a hand in fitting! Shoddy goods with a totally disrespectful attitude towards customers. Would never buy anything from this awful seller! No one mentioned a disability just the seller trying to defend cheap but pricy products…avoid!
