Unfortunately, the first mirror arrived with a quality control mark showing an area of damage, on communicating with Samuel Heath and son they were swift to say it should not have been sent and was sent in error. Another one has been received and is in good order. Their communication about delivery on the original order was excellent, on the replacement one no communication about delivery and we were away!
