With Mackie no longer making Highland bonnets, a search for a new Balmoral led me here. It is a lighter weight than Mackie bonnets, which actually is convenient for North American Scottish outings in the middle of summer. It appears well made, good stitching and liner. The price also makes this a very good deal looking for a new bonnet.
