Purchased shaver, used it and it snags and pulls hairs as opposed to cutting them, unlike any shaver I have used previously. Contacted seller who accepted the return on this basis. They are now disputing the return saying they are unable to sell the item now because it has been used despite it being faulty.

We didn’t accept this return, it was automatically approved and when returned to us, was used and dirty. Extremely unhygienic. It doesn’t appear faulty in the slightest from what we’ve tested and accessories are also missing from what was originally sent, hence the dispute of this return.

Don’t buy from this buyer have had many problems but very vague responses and delivery is an absolute joke ordered it a week ago and on evri it says it’s tried to deliver 3 times when I’ve been in all week and no one has came to deliver no parcel and parcel is still not here. Very dissatisfied disappointed and frustrated absolute piss take this company is and will certainly not be buying from here again

Potential buyers, please disregard these comments, as a highly unusual situation has occurred, with the courier claiming to have attempted delivery on 3 different occasions, without success. The buyer seems to think we are doing this on purpose and are somehow delivering the item ourselves. Whilst we are doing everything we can to fully resolve the situation (a replacement and full refund have been offered) it is beyond our physical control to get the original parcel to them. 40,000 + feedbacks.
